RDU Offices project required removal of all furniture, demolition of carpet, replacement of carpet, painting walls and reinstall of furniture over 6 phases. All work was completed at night to minimize disturbances to day to day office work.  Each phase was approx. 2100 sf and included 12 offices. Each phase done starting on a Thursday with move out, then the next Thursday move furniture back in.
